11 HELD ON CHARGE OF HELPING BANDA FROM CHITWAN

Chitwan, Nov. 13: 11 people were held from different parts of district on charge of helping band here in Chitwan. According to District Police Office they were held on charge of involvement in criminal activities too.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police and Spokesperson for the Chitwan Police Sanjay Raut, they were arrested from Muglin, Ramnagar, Bharatpur and Rampur areas and have been detained at the District Police Office.

Investigation is going on those held. Police also claimed that they were with formula of making bombs. Criminal activities are on the rise in the district with the enforcement of banda called by the 33-party alliance led by CPN-Maoist.
